My husband and I recently purchased and had flooring throughout our downstairs installed by Whilton Locks Carpet Company and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. Not only did they install our flooring, but they also did my parents’ floors, and both experiences were equally outstanding. From the start, the staff were exceptionally informative and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and guided us through the options. They took the time to understand our needs and offered great advice without any pressure. Billy, our fitter who came to install the flooring was equally impressive. He was clean, tidy, and courteous throughout the entire process, leaving no mess behind and ensuring everything was done to a high standard. We were also looking at some Amtico floor mats online, which were quite expensive but found the exact ones we were looking for on sale at Whilton Locks Carpet Company, which was a bonus! The price was very reasonable, and they are a great addition to my new floors. Overall, I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, excellent customer service, and quality products. They did a fantastic job for both us and my parents, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!
