It really was a pleasure dealing with Wilton Locks Carpet Co. They have a great selection of carpets and competitive prices. We were left to have a look around the showroom without being pressured, Neil was readily available to give us advise, we were also given a sample Swatch to take home with us. The fitter Steve turned up on time and his work was excellent he did a first class job. We have no problem recommending them to friends, family or anyone who requires carpets.

Was called first thing to advise fitter was poorly but they had arranged another team who arrived at half 3 to fit lounge dining room stairs an landing, they were finished by 5.30, fab job done carpet looks amazing fitters were smashing, thank you excellent service

The customer service we have experienced throughout has been excellent, from the time given to us in the shop helping us to choose carpets and vinyl tiles for the kitchen and bathroom, offering us samples to take away and try at home, the visits to our house which followed to measure up and advice, the efficiency in quoting, the attention to detail, the quality of carpet and vinyl flooring and the professional standard of fitting, all of which has been outstanding.

Spent only a small amount of money as we live on a narrowboat but received brilliant service from purchase to fitting, lovely people to do business with.

Fantastic service and quick delivery and fitting – the fitters kept us updated with how long it would take and any problems encountered and how they solved them. We got LVT and it’s brilliant quality and fitted very well. Definitely recommend!

The people working there left you to browse, there was no hard sell.

Really easy process. The sales staff put no pressure on us to buy and all in all we are very happy with the purchase we made – a good quality carpet and a good price. Just had my Lounge fitted and I have to say I could not be happier, the salesman was very patient with me while I borrowed samples and kept changing my mind until I finally settled on my chosen selection. The carpet was delivered and fitted to an amazing standard very quickly and looks fantastic!!
